This is my first time purchasing through Alibaba and I can say that it has been a very pleasant experience.  Jamie who has been my contact from the beginning from quoting all the way to delivery is excellent to deal with. Answering all questions and provided company and product information. He really put my mind at ease by being in constant communication. Now the product...it came all the way to Australia and was packed extremely well. The wooden crate kept it safe all the way. Absolutely no damage to the product. The unit itself...the build quality is excellent and its extremely solid. It is pretty much built like a mini tank. Its gets used a lot,  and is holding up very well to the amount of workouts it goes through.  Overall I am extremely happy with this purchase. I definitely recommend this sled, it is a really solid piece of equipment....and I also highly recommend Jamie who I dealt with through the whole process.
